How do I apply?
Go to the website and fill in your details. You will receive an email back from us immediately saying we have received your application. It will take us a few days to process all applications. Once all the applications have been verified we will send you out an email to let you know if your application has been successful with a link to activate your account and complete registration.

I did not receive an email back from you?
If you do not receive an email you may have entered an incorrect email or the email has been lost. If you have not had an email from us within an hour of your application contact administration.

I can't login?
You need to use the email address and password that were used when you applied.

Can I use the same email address for more than one account?
No. One team, one email address.

How Do I select a package to collect for?
Use the login button in the navigation. Go to 'Kit Selection' and chose from the options given. Once satisfied click 'Select' to save the package.
You can edit the selection by clicking 'Edit'. You can delete the selection and pick a new one. There will be a deadline for kit selection, but you will be notified of this.

I have entered the wrong email address?
Contact administration immediately if you have not received an activation email or other correspondence from Kits for Kits.

I don't know where to login?
Click 'Login'. Enter your email address and password.

I have forgotten my password?
On the login page click 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. An email with your password will be sent to you.

I have forgotten my email address?
Contact administration using the 'Forgot email address' option on the login screen.

I have registered but cannot login?
You may not have activated your account. To do this click on the link in the activation email you received to complete registration.

I have applied but I have not been selected?
There are a limited number of places and teams are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. We will keep your details and may add you to the promotion if another team pulls out. There may be other promotional offers available to you.

What is my home page?
You have been given an account section that you can access with your email address and password. This section will contain all your personal and team details including postal address, login details and package selected.

I have not received my welcome pack?
Your pack may have been lost in the post. Confirm your postal address when you log into your account. Contact administration if there is a problem.

Why was I not selected for the promotion?
The limited number of places means that places are allocated on a first come - first served basis only. If a team pulls out of the promotion, the place will be filled at the promoter's discretion.

Can I register more than one team?
Yes.

Can I use the same email address for each team?
No. Only one email address can be used per team registered.

I have heard nothing since I registered?
If you have had no emails from Kits for Kids then your registered email address will be different from your current one. Contact administration for more assistance.

When I try and login my details are incorrect but my email address and password have been entered correctly!?
The details that we have registered may be different from the ones you are entering now. Contact administration for further assistance. Please include your team name.

I'll not have access to my email address during the summer, what will I do?
If you are a school or do not have access to your email for lengthy periods it would be worth applying using an address you can access at all times.

Has my application been accepted?
If you received an email with details of how to activate your account from Kits for Kids then you have registered successfully. You will need to activate your account with three days. If you have not received an email after applying you may have entered incorrect details. Contact administration for more assistance.

Are there any big prizes this year for collecting more token?
Yes. The team who collects the most tokens overall will win a trip to Italy to a Serie A game. Four teams will also win the opportunity to Play at Hampden Football Stadium.

Can I mix the sizes in the packages?
No. Our supplier will only supply packages in fixed-size kits.

Can we collect for additional kits?
No. You can buy extra kit. Call 0845 408 0150 for information.

Where do I send my tokens to?
The welcome pack you received should have pre-labelled addressed envelopes. Place all tokens collected in the envelope. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in case anything happens in transit.

Is there a deadline for kit selection?
Yes but we will contact you in advance of this date.

Is there a deadline for sending in my tokens?
Yes. Tokens should reach us no later than May 25, 2007.

Can I change my squad size?
Yes. When you login you can edit your personal details. After the deadline for kit selection you will not be able to alter your squad size.
